THE PROFESSIONAL PRINT
AND EMBROIDERY TEAM
at The Bag Factory offers specialized knowledge and experience
necessary to embellish the most complex logos on the many various textile
substrates
available. There are several options to choose from when enhancing your
product with a specific brand.

TRADITIONAL
SCREEN-PRINTING
Silkscreen printing offers the most cost effective,
timely and consistent method of imprinting your logo. Depending upon
your style of choice,
the option of one to four imprint colors is standard. This process is
available
on almost all Bag Factory products. Ask about duotone options.

FOUR-COLOR PROCESS SCREEN PRINTING
A complex process that separates artwork into 4 basic
process colors: cyan, magenta, yellow and black. These colors are printed
in a pattern of
dots called rosettes. These four colors will create a blending of multiple
new colors. This is a standard printing process used in offset printing
on paper and applies to both screen printing and t–printing as
well. Color consistency will be maintained to a commercially acceptable
range.
Exact color matches from proof throughout production cannot always
be guaranteed.

PAD PRINTING
Pad printing enables our printers to provide fine design details on bags
made from synthetic materials. Examples of these materials are the
vinyl and vylon totes and coolers. The pad print process transfers
ink from an etched plate, by a silicone pad, to the product.

T-PRINTING & 4C PROCESS T-PRINTING
This two–step process provides a crisp and clean logo
for a variety of synthetic or woven products and is especially effective
when decorating
a dark background with multiple colors or lighter colors of ink. We direct
print the logo onto a specially treated paper and, through a controlled
heating–process, transfer the image directly onto the product of choice.
This process offers the best quality imprint available in the industry,
on our non–woven products.

EMBROIDERY
With our award winning embroidery technique, your
product will boast a vibrant, long lasting impression. Embroidery creates
a higher–perceived
value although the cost is slightly higher, in some cases, than direct
screen–printing.

DEBOSSING
With today’s trends, subtlety seems to be the
new necessity. This standard, yet sophisticated decorating process gives
you the look you need. |

SCULPTURED
This two–dimensional sculptured printing process, with
it’s raised
and defined edges, will maximize your brand. Sculpture printing provides
a sophisticated one–color imprint, or when used to highlight your multi–colored
design, leaves a lasting impression on the product and your customer. |

DIMENSIONAL
Another unique, two–dimensional, printing process
from the decorating professionals at The Bag Factory. This one color
imprint with it’s puffed,
or rounded edges, or when used in Addition to your multi–colored
design, gives life to your logo and definitely calls attention to your
brand. |

SUEDE
Increase the perceived value of your items with this extremely cost effective
printing process exclusively from The Bag Factory. Our special
inks offer the casual elegance that you can only get from the touch
and feel of suede. |

LASERED IMPRINT
With exact precision, our lasering capabilities will
produce an effect which is second to none!
