Work Hard ⁄ Play Hard Sales Kit Order Form

How do you win $10,000 or other fabulous prizes? Easy—sell, sell, sell! The distributor sales rep with the highest sales volume of the items featured in the Work Hard/Play Hard catalog will win first place, $10,000. The second place winner will receive a Sharp Aquos 37" LCD TV. Five third place winners will each receive an iPod Nano. The contest runs through the end of 2008. Winners will be notified in January, 2009. Please email your name, company name, shipping address and ASI, PPAI or SAGE number to WHPH@themagnetgroup.com to receive a special sales kit with a catalog, samples and information on this contest. The Magnet  Group ‘Work Hard Play Hard’ distributor sales contest is designed to reward the top selling distributor professional in our industry.
 
An eligible sale will consist of the following:
 
1)   Sales of Featured product in the work hard play hard catalog (also available on www.themagnetgroup.com)

2)   Shipped by December 31, 2008

3)   Order will be paid in full unless appropriate credit has been established by TMG credit department prior to order acceptance.


It is the intention of TMG to reward the highest producing distributor sales person.  However, should the winning sales person belong to a distributorship with pre-existing rules regarding sales contests, this reward will be issued accordingly.  In any event, the sales person or distributorship must be in good financial standing with TMG.
 
In the unlikely event of an exact dollar amount tie, winner will be selected by the following tie breakers:  
 
1)   Total sales of ‘The Bag Factory’ Products;

2)   Total sales of TMG products

3)   Coin flip.
